A fine education
We're justifiably proud of our educational record in Inverness and the Highlands. High standards have seen a large proportion of school leavers going on to further education and the city's schools have strong links with their communities. There is also the Moray Firth School, a non profit making charitable trust offering a wide ranging curricular and extra-curricular programme.
Inverness College offers a wide range of full time courses and degree programmes delivered in association with the University of the Highlands and Islands Millennium Institute and Stirling University. The University of the Highlands and Islands Millennium Institute, headquartered in the city, is on target to become a fully fledged university in the near future.
